Good communication, both before and after arrival

Great location. Even though it was on a main road, you could not hear the noise of the traffic unless you had the windows open! The apartment was very secure and had its own security guard on site during the day. It had a lift and was also very clean with lovely decor.

We could not find any basics like sponge/cloth to was dishes. There was however a dishwasher! The toaster does not work and should be removed.

The apartment was beautifully appointed and in a great location.

Minor issue with obtaining the Wifi password but resolved promptly. Would suggest it was kept in the apartment to avoid delays in accessing it.

La communication avec Carolina qui n’a pas été joignable car elle n’a pas répondu à notre message ni à notre appel téléphonique car nous n’avions pas pu utiliser le fer à repasser. J’ai également envoyé un mail sur la plate-forme sans avoir eu de réponse non plus. Dommage pour le prix payé

The location is excellent. The apartment quality was very good.

The apartment air conditioning was almost ineffective. The owner was unable to help. Summer heat could be a problem.

Great location & lovely facilities.
