Fantastic apartment in great location. Communications were great and we were made to feel very welcome. We will definitely stay longer in Lisbon next time and definitely at this apartment.😄😄

The location was excellent

The customer service was not good , we were not met on arrival if the security guard had not been on site we would not have been able to enter the premises, we had to wait over an hour after calling for someone to arrive and let us in the apartment there was no apology, there was no where to leave the bags on departure we had to spend hours at the airport needlessly. The iron and toaster had English plugs and would not work with an adapter in the apartment. It was pointless and dangerous offering them.

Bed was very very hard. I slept on the couch.

The apartment was easy to find and is in a great location. Right beside a metro station, but also walkable to pretty much all the sights in the Centro. The unit was well equipped and quite luxurious. Wifi, shower, black-out curtains, bed comfort, and quiet location are all important to us, and this apartment didn't let us down. We recommend it without reservation.

Location is super convenient. No noise from the street. The flat is well-equipped with all you need for long stay: dishwasher, washing mashing with dryer.

The apartment was spotlessly clean in a fabulous location.

The slight confusion on checkout. I received an email saying I should leave the keys in the lock box. But the person who met us did not give us access to the lock box and just told us to leave the keys on the table and pull the door behind us which we did.
