"Great stay"

Absolutely stunning location, right in the middle of the square, great French windows to make the view even more spectacular. Modern appliances and furniture, clean sheets, comfy beds, effective heating system. They provide transfer from the airport for 30 euros, which was great when we arrived, but it was twice as expensive as a regular taxi, we found out later. Impressive building with security guard provided. Close to the metro station( 20 m away), close to Rossio Station and to some good supermarkets, such as Pingo Doce. Every that matters can be reached on foot.

Crockery missing, the host a bit dismissive( in a hurry to leave), not very clean( we found some chips under the coffee table, dirt in the bathroom, the garbage bin hadn't been emptied)

It is very nice apartment, it is clean and in great location.

The owner of the property is not really friendly and communication was rather difficult. Answer to our question came 24h after we asked and only because we have been chasing it. The person who operated the num provided on B.com was extremely unhelpful, I would say rude. Commenting our question with answer that we should communicate with B.com chat although our question couldn’t be answered by that service but only by the owner/provider of the property. For that price I would expect an excellent customer service.

"Nice modern clean apartment in a great location..."

The property was clean, modern, presentable and is in an excellent location. When the windows were closed the soundproofing was excellent. It was useful having a dishwasher and washing machine and the second bathroom with toilet and sink was great as there were three of us. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment!!

Our arrival experience was worrisome.!! The method the owners (or their agents?) use to allow you into the property and take your damage deposit only works if you arrive in the time window agreed and there is someone to meet you. We arrived 1.5 hours late at the apartment building and there was nobody to meet us. It is not clear from the description on booking.com what the nature of the apartment is. It is a private apartment within a building that has a receptionist. However, the receptionist does not know the name of the apartment (WHome) that is being used on booking.com. If someone is not there to meet you - you may feel stranded like we did as all means of communications that were given to me by the owner via booking.com messages did not work (telephone, email). Eventually, one of the numbers did pick up and they gave us the code to a lock box by the apartment door. All sorted after 30 - 40 minutes, but for a while it didn't look good. I suggest the owners actively track your flight progress (they do ask for the flight number) and make contact with you just prior to arrival so that you are synched when delays happen. They should also use the reception to leave messages if the person who is meeting you is not there or has to leave. I did notify the owners through booking.com of the change in the time of arrival and recieved a confirmation through the platform. This did not seem to work in this case.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were greeted by the host as arranged efficiently, and we had absolutely everything we needed, and in a perfect location to enjoy central Lisbon with great transport links!

I found the AC control difficult to use as I'm not familiar with it, unfortunately there was no briefing during check in nor was there any manual provided.

This apartment is quite big and clean

It took us some time to figure out where is the entrance and receptionist . I suggest the owner should give more specific information like: the entrance is next to the ECCO shoe store and the receptionist will stand outside waiting for you.
