"Lovely apartment, lovely location"

Top location at a lovely square and the restaurant streets of the old town . Everything on walking distance, parking garage nearby. Apartment is clean and cosey, beds are comfortable. Staff welcomes you personally to hand over the keys. Their responses are very quick and they give you a lot of tips. Our stay was great, thank you Apartments Madeira!

"Fully equipped flat in an ideal location"

Incredibly spacious flat (it the number 2 top floor, but number 1 on the first floor is identically big) in the middle of the old city. Easy to walk around and find nice places to eat out or to get takeaways. It’s 5 mins walk from the mercado. The flat has got everything you need (minus a washing machine), Flat 1 has got one

It’s not the quietest… the building next door is being torn down and during the week there is constant drilling noise. The windows are single glazed so there isn’t much you can do about it. Also, other guests might wake up extremely early and the old building is a bit boomy, meaning that you’ll be waken up at 6-7 when they close the main door to go and see the sunrise from one of the peaks. There is no free parking nearby, add 10 euros per night for the garage

"Lovely stay !"

Location!!!! Comfortable and Very quiet for being in the heart of old town . The host was waiting for us at the location, in spite of the flight cancellation, re-booking and 2 additional time delays.

No shampoo, coffee or tea. Little touches make the stay nicer and not too costly. I knew we had to pay local rental fee per person, which is not a lot of money, but the host who met us didn't have change. I wish there was a simpler way to pay.
