"Buena ubicacion."

La ubicación es muy buena y a pesar de estar céntrica no molesta el ruido de la calle. Es un plus que permitan llevar mascotas.

La limpieza, aceptable pero mejorable. No hay casi armarios para guardar cosas por lo que resulta un poco incómodo.

La ubicación

Es el último piso, y no hay más que un ventilador. ahora mismo que se está perfectamente en la calle en el piso hace calor. hay mosquitos para parar un tren. Y estás con las ventanas abiertas por el calor y tienes concierto de gaviotas. Por el precio sin duda hay más opciones

The location and the house.

The place is on top floor and heats up strongly during the day and radiates during the night. Hard to sleep in, even with the fan. There are portable and inexpensive AC solutions available now, suitable to be used in a historical building. Highly recommend looking at one.
