Oporto Blue Liberdade - Central Studio with Amazing View and Kitchenette

Lovely studio, perfect for our stay

There was only a sheet on the bed, and it got cold during the night

Great apartment with a wonderful view. Excellent price-quality ratio. Perfect location. The owner is friendly, with clear instructions.

Best part of staying here is being in the heart of the city, and having incredible views outside our windows. We could essentially walk to anywhere we wanted. Great cafes and restaurants on our street. Especially loved Manna, great coffee, treats and vegan and gluten-free options too! Laundry also a block away. 3 floors up in cool old building, it was comfortable space for two. Surprisingly quiet. Only one night out of the 4 did the restaurant bellow get noisy enough we could hear them, quiet by midnight. The host Carlos was very kind and quick to respond. Grateful we could leave the windows open for good air flow and it had a fan too.

Minor complaints only. My partner and I both are scent sensitive, it was very fragrant when we arrived there was two oil defusers in use, that we stashed in a cupboard during our stay and keeping the windows open and fan on, it quickly cleared out. We had planned to do more cooking, but there was very limited cookware (tiny saucepan, and fry pan) so oh darn! We had to eat out more 😁 Also not big enough issue to bother host with, but a few extra towels would have been nice. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it.

Very well located

Bear in mind that the kitchen is not really equipped: there is only 2 pans and 1 very little boiling pot (10 cm). For us wasn't a problem because we're spending only a day and we were eating outside.

The location is excellent. You can see the tower of the town hall from the bed. It is modern and clean. Cozy. The treatment of the staff was also very good. Through whatsapp they were attentive and they solved any problem with a lot of predisposition and understanding. Very nice staff.

At night it is quite hot in summer, although it has a powerful fan. If you put it on at night you sleep well. With the window open you also sleep well, although there is some noise from the seagulls. The bathroom is small and may be uncomfortable for some people, in our case no problem. It is a 3rd without elevator, that must be taken into account as well.
