The apartment itself was ok it was in a good location and two full baths was nice

The apartment was advertised as 2nd floor, it should have been advertised as 5 steep flights of stairs to get to the apartment, this is not what I would consider the 2nd floor and we wouldn't have stayed here had we known, given our age and having to drag suitcases up 5 steep flights of stairs. I had asked the host to confirm that we were indeed on the 2nd floor in advance of our arrival and they indicated they would confirm but never responded. When we arrived I told them how disappointed we were in the situation and they apologized and said they might be able to get someone to assist us on departure with our luggage but when I followed up with them in this regard they ignored my messages. In addition the unit did not have AC, which we knew, but it did have two fans, however, the plug on one was broke and it couldn't be used. The temperatures were quite warm while we were in Lisbon and I asked the host to look into a replacement fan, which they agreed to do, but once again I never heard back form them despite asking 3 times, because due to the excessive heat in the apartment we had to keep the windows open just to get some air, and unfortunately this led to all of us getting swarmed by mosquitos during the night and suffering "a ton" of bites! The beds were uncomfortable, several pieces of the furniture need replacing, or cleaning and there was a dishwasher but no dish soap, and overall I found the communication with the host was terrible and for those reasons I would not recommend this property.

Apartment was bright, clean and spacious.

A few nails in the floorboards were coming out and my father cut his foot.

El apartamento es bonito y grande para 4 personas

El sofa, y los muebles de la tele son muy viejos y rotos. Habia muchísimos mosquitos. En la cocina habia pocos utensilios, no hay platos ondos ni trapos

L appartement est situé loin du centre ville ce qui complique les déplacements. Une bouteille d eau fraîche à notre arrivée aurait été la bienvenue.

It was a great day. The apartment is very bright and light, and I love the style of the furniture. It was an overall good experience.

I wish there was a lift or an elevator in the apartment complex to be able to move the luggage up and down the stairwells.

Location

The house is not as it looks in the photos. The walls and doors were dirty, the house was not cleaned enough, the backs of the doors and window sills were covered in dust. There is a serious dampness problem in the house. Every guest deserves better for a paid service!
