Apartment Serrão

Very convenient location with a nice view overlooking Funchal downtown area. Property was clean and functional and had all the amenities we needed.

Francisco is a great and very helpful host. The views from apartment were splendid. You fall asleep looking at the Funchal at night. There is a terrace on the top, which is also very nice to chill out at. Apartment is quite well equipped and it is perfectly located, near all the bars and restaurants. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back.

The location was great, we rented a car and were able to park within a gated area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooftop was amazing for sunbathing and sunset watching. The location was within walking distance of all the places we ate and a good central location to our day trips. The washer was a great advantage for us as well. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for making a breakfast and snacks. and the rooms were very comfortable.

The host Francisco was excellent at communicating throughout. Met us on arrival and explained the town. The apartment is in a great location and spacious and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great

Exellent, quiet location. Great sea, town and mountain views from all rooms. Roof terrace views were Even More spectacular. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and very clean rooms. The owner Francisco was helpfull and nice person. Highly recommended apartment.

This apartment was fantastic! Our host was very friendly and helpful, the apartment was very nicely done, the view from the room and the rooftop deck were incredible. And the location was exactly where we wanted to be: in old town but not right on the main/busy streets. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We appreciated that the apt was very close to the center but was in an area where more locals lived. It had a fantastic view and was easy walking distance to everything. Francisco was kind and very reactive, and the check in was easy. The apt appeared well equipped for cooking and relaxing but we really only slept and showered there the 2 nights we stayed. I would recommend a stay at this apt.

I had read in a review that there was no shampoo or soap so we brought our own, but i was dismayed to find that we were given only a half roll of extremely thin toilet paper which was inconvienent having arrived in the evening.

Nice location in the city center but in quiet side. Francisco was very helpful and accessible. Apartment is very well equipped.
