Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl im Apartment. Besonders ist der Blick über die Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Das Castel und viele Restaurants in Laufweite entfernt.

Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten im Alfama-Viertel, direkt unterhalb des Castello, mit reichlich Cafés, Restaurants und einem tollen Supermarkt direkt vor der Haustür. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster und vom schmalen Stehbalkon über das Alfamaviertel und auf den Tejo ist fantastisch. Die Gastegeber sind superfreundlich und extrem bemüht, ihren Gästen das perfekte Rundumpaket zu bieten. Von der Kommunikation, über die unkomplizierte Abwicklung bis zu reichlich Tipps zur Gestaltung des Aufenthalts und zur An- und Abreise. Ganz ganz lieben Dank für alles. Wir werden bestimmt eines Tages wiederkommen.

Die tolle Aussicht von der vierten Etage erkauft man sich mit einer steilen Wendeltreppe im Treppenhaus des Altbaus. Der Aufstieg ist schweißtreibend, insbesondere mitsamt Gepäck für 3 Wochen Familiensommerurlaub. Das muss man in Kauf nehmen, ist aber auch im Vorfeld bekannt. Man tut was für seine Fitness ;) Der Name „So Quiet“ trifft es leider nicht so ganz. Die superzentrale Lage in der quirligen Großstadt und insbesondere der Supermarkt, der sehr praktisch ist, jedoch nachts und in den frühen Morgenstunden beliefert wird, sind schon mit Lärm verbunden. Dies, gepaart mit der nicht vorhandenen Klimaanlage, lässt einem nur die Wahl zwischen heiß-stickigen und schweißtreibenden Nächten mit geschlossenen Fenstern (unser Aufenthalt war im August) oder einem gewissen, in den frühen Morgenstunden nervig werdenden, Lärmpegel vom regen Treiben in den Gassen und dem Anlieferverkehr des Supermarktes, Müllabfuhr usw.. Beides sind Punkte, die im Vorfeld bekannt sind, von daher soll dies keine Kritik sein, höchstens vielleicht der Gedanke, ob der Einbau einer Klimaanlage nicht vielleicht zu einer weiteren Aufwertung der ohnehin schon tollen Wohnung beitragen könnte.

L'appartamento è in una posizione eccellente, vicino ai principali servizi della città. È pulito, ottimamente arredato ed attrezzato. La proprietaria è molto premurosa: vi fornirà dettagliate informazioni per raggiungere l'appartamento ed effettuare il check in. Noi avevamo la necessità di parcheggiare l'auto e ci ha fornito dettagliate informazioni anche per questa esigenza (parcheggio a buon mercato a pochi passi dalla struttura). Uso abitualmente Booking per identificare appartamenti nelle principali città e penso che Soquiet sia la miglior struttura in cui ho soggiornato..

L'unico neo è la mancanza dell'ascensore. La descrizione dell'appartamento è chiara fin da subito, tuttavia le quattro rampe di scale potrebbero essere un problema per le persone con qualche difficoltà. Per chi non ha problemi è un aspetto che è ampiamente compensato dagli altri elementi positivi.

The location Is perfect to explore this beautiful city. Ana and Luis made us feel home, very welcoming and useful tips. The place is perfect for a family of four. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking, but looked like everything in there you need. It's very quiet for being right in the center. And you have a nice view. We can fully recommend and will be back one day. Thanks for everything

The steps to the apartment 😂 it's on the forth floor, but we knew it, so see it as exercise to eat more of the delicious food 🤭

This was a wonderful location for myself and two friends. The apartment is lovely and in great condition. It’s on the fourth floor so lots of steps but the hosts provide plenty of warning and it’s manageable if you can climb steps. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and inviting. A great place to stay.

Fabulous host who go above and beyond. Great location. Well equipped with all you need. Very handy Supermarket just across.

The apartment was great and the area was great.

Sadly the front door key did not work. We had to call on neighbours to let us in. This added stress to each day as we didn’t move as freely as we’d have liked to do if the front door key had worked.

Location is nice

We were extremely happy to see ants and their mating ritual on October 11,12,14-2024. We were so much happy to see them everywhere in the kitchen and much more happier to clean the kitchen twice and use the lovely-smell spray to kill the ants. I hope they choose the queen or kind or whatever.
