Sehr freundliche Kommunikation, schnelle Antworten. Die Lage ist sehr gut, es gibt gute Cafés (ich empfehle das LM Art Café!) in der Nähe und zwei große Supermärkte (Continente und Pingo Doce) Smart-TV. Gut ausgestattete Küche (Flaschenöffner vorhanden!) Schön dekoriert. Bequemes Bett. Blickdichte Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer. Gutes Duschgel. Badewanne. Unkomplizierter, eigenständiger Check-In und Check-Out.

Ganzkörperspiegel fehlt. Haken im Badezimmer fehlen. Das Fenster in der Küche ließ sich nicht ganz schließen, was dazu führte, dass es etwas reingeregnet hat und kühl wurde. Ebenso tropfte es im Hausflur von der Decke, da es viel regnete, das führte zu einem sehr rutschigen Boden, man musste aufpassen nicht hinzufallen. Der Aufenthalt war trotzdem sehr gut, aber es hat sehr viel geregnet und die bauliche Substanz des Hauses ist vielleicht nicht die allerbeste. Im Sommer spielt das natürlich keine Rolle, aber im sehr stürmischen November war das eben so.

Great Customer service

The Apartment has no AC (as described) and is therefore very hot. It is top floor. The street of the Apartments is very loud due to Bars & music and you can hardly sleep.

Was easy to reach by metro or foot and some brilliant coffee shops are very close.

The location was good although I didn't take the metro - it was close enough to "downtown" that I could walk to and from.

The one thing that was uncomfortable is the temperature in the apartment. Even though I kept the blinds down the apartment would heat up during the day and I couldn't cool it down to a comfortable temperature for sleeping at night. There was a fan which I used but it wasn't enough to keep it cool.
