Great location.

From the moment we arrived, we found both the complex and the apartment comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were clean and well maintained, our apartment was spotless and all the kitchenware and equipment was in great condition (apart from the toaster, see dislikes). The TV had access to all channels, which is unusual. Our location in relation to the town centre was perfect, this was part of the reason we chose this complex. Our host, João, was very helpful and clear with all communications and very accommodating with our check out arrangements. We have really enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave after only a week, we hope to return next year for a longer break!

Nothing that I didn't like, only 3 VERY minor points: 1. The toaster in the apartment needs to be replaced, it wouldn't stay down by itself. 2. We were advised that you could get umbrellas for the pool, from "a pool man by the pool", but we never saw this person, so I'm afraid we used the one in the apartment, like everyone else around the pool... 3. For me, the matress was too hard, but I find this happens alot in holiday rentals, just meant I had to stretch in the morning! The size of the bed was perfect.

Location is brilliant being close to the beach and town centre. The facilities are good and pool is superb. Ana the host who showed us around was very nice and helpful in getting in the apartment early with our bags. Most helpful.

The ad was a bit misleading as the initial photographs are not of this specific apartment. In turn having stayed at Vila da Praia many times before this one proved very expensive for a 1 bed in comparison to what we have booked before. Cost aside a very nice apartment but very little sun on the balcony at all. Overpriced I believe.
