Vila da Praia - Apartamento Viva Local

Appartment was extremely clean with all the comforts of home. The complex was also very clean and even thou we visited end of July the pool was never overly busy and sun loungers were always available. The location was perfect, minutes walk to beach and to the centre of Alvor. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived at 9 30 couldn’t drop bags anywhere until 12 30

Excellent communication from booking to arrival. Met on arrival with keys and tour given. Spacious apartment with all that is needed - fully equipped kitchen etc. Sun umbrella and mattreses for sunbeds provided. Apartment was cleaned and fresh linen provided halfway through the stay. Complex is beautifully maintained. More than enough sunbeds at the pool. Location is excellent. 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the town.

Nothing - all was perfect.

We gave notice of arrival but on arrival the lady was not there so waited approx 20 + minutes

the traffic noise outside as balcony was facing a road view of high rise buildings by the beach was pretty morbid

The apartment overlooked a busy road, so it could be noisy at times
