I would not recommend this apartment due to several issues. First, the key pickup location is 1.5 kilometers away from the apartment, and the address provided is unclear, making it difficult to find. The city is also surrounded by construction sites, which complicates transportation, especially when carrying luggage to pick up the key and reach the apartment. Once inside, the apartment was extremely cold, and neither the heating nor air conditioning worked, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Additionally, the pillows were in poor condition and in need of replacement. One of the bedrooms faces the street, where constant noise from people and cars made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. For an apartment marketed as a luxury stay, the service was disappointing. The staff showed no empathy or willingness to address these problems, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and the management should seriously consider improvements in both the amenities and service quality to meet a luxury standard.

Spacious apartment and location near or walkable to most places of interest.

Many small repairs required. Loose taps, broken or loose hinges on some cupboard doors. Fridge difficult to open. Broken toilet brush. No spare towels, no dish cloths No salt, sugar tea - little thoughtful touches that would be expected with the cost and 'luxury' title.

Lovely apartment, great location... You can sleep in late because there is blind in front of all the windows. Very neat, and I loved the white bedding. You will miss out if you don't book this place, amazing restaurants are around the corner and very spacious.

Location and brightness of place . Great livingroom/kitchen .

Could use lower clothes rack in bedroom closets ..can't reach them to hang clothes . Mirrors in all bedrooms would be helpful. Door hard to open and lock and door knob fell off and wasn't fixed for four days because maintenance was off sick . A few extra hand towels would be helpful.

Best location! Very close to attractions and main street. The apartment is super spacious and comfy that exceed my expectation. Love the modern interior design and the cleanliness. Have parking area and Lifts in building.

The property felt really spacious and it was equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. It was in a really central location and walking distance to most attractions, bars and restaurants. The property managers were very easy to communicate with and were prompt and answering any questions we had. Easy check in/check out process.

The bedroom at the front of the property only has single glazing and so there was a lot of noise from the street in the night and early morning. I would recommend taking some earplugs for this room.

Spotless, modern, very comfortable beds and furniture.and latest technology. We loved the spacious layout for more than one couple. The location is lovely in excellent vicinity for restaurants and shops, and 10 minute walk down to the river. Very aesthetically appealing…

We only received one key for 5 people which was inconvenient at times. The air conditioning worked strongly in the master but couldn’t get the living room to work. Though the state of the art kitchen would be very appealing to cook in, there are lots of dishes, utensils and pots, but absolutely no cleaning products or food necessities such as salt/pepper, sugar etc. One would have to buy all the basics as the cupboard is bare. If guests intend to eat at restaurants all the time, then this would not be an issue.

We loved the location and size of the apartment. It was very spacious and bright. The apartment can accommodate 6 people comfortably. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite. The downside to a good, convenient location is street noise.

We found the check-in process very confusing. The office forgot to provide the entrance code to open the front door of the building. We thought we were in the wrong location. We were confirmed a free parking spot multiple times via text. However, when we arrived to pick up the key, the office told us we had to find street parking for our car. The office eventually told us that we do have a free parking spot. The entire check-in process was very stressful. This property had the potential of 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for the confusing check-in process. One of the rooms also seems to have water damage in the closet. The hair dryer was broken. We texted the office, and they delivered a new one the following day.
