Location is great, and easy parking was a great bonus too. The place is visually beautiful and very comfortable, and the building has fantastic street presence. Super clean and well-kept.

The back bedroom on the left has some water damage to the closets which make a good portion of them unopenable, and needs fixing. Likewise the floor in that area has water damage so the bedroom door drags on the floor and doesn't fully open. Front rooms are quite noisy (including the master bedroom). If you have a problem with street noise, this is not the apartment for you. The sound level is such that you have to be pretty loud in conversation or with the TV volume up to get beyond the street noise. Soundproofing between floors of the building is virtually non-existent. You will hear every footstep and the conversations of the neighbor upstairs. I wouldn't call this a big negative to the stay: just something to be aware of. There are signs about being quiet, but even if you are, the nature of the construction, and the stickiness of the doors makes being so virtually impossible. I didn't love the master bath having clear glass doors to the bedroom. No privacy, but it's minor.

We could leave our luggage (at an extra cost) until we could check in/out. It was about ten min walk to Apartment from where we collected the keys. Staff were super helpful.

The apartment was quite cold. We couldn’t operate the heating system unfortunately. There were a couple of plug in heaters which weren’t too great. Looked like one bedroom had a dampness issue as the wardrobe doors were badly warped (one of the twin rooms). The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped of you wanted to cook breakfast. Not much in the way of oven trays/pots or utensils.

size, convenience, LOCATION, parking, staff, communication, comfortable beds, pillows, supplies they give you. We ate out so did not use kitchen but seemed well stocked. Reasonable price for amazing apt!

problem with mold in a smaller bedroom needs repair, washer but no dryer

the property was in a great location. had all the amenities we needed. maybe add a pair of scissors to utility drawer.

direction to key pick could have been a little more detailed (which building to enter, key pick up on 3rd floor. no building with number given. directions to parking garage could have been a little more specific. turn around device in garage wasn’t discussed but would have been some helpful information.

The office isn’t that easy to find - there was old info in the booking email and different/new info in the most recent one. Also, we drove into the city and there is no where to put the car to grab the keys - but it’s also a generally inconvenient way to check in vs having someone meet you at the apartment

Parking is in a different building, no one to meet you at the apartment on check in.
