Location is outside the city center and has own underground parking. Plenty of good restaurants and malls around in the walking distance. Very nice kitchen appliances, warm floors in the kitchen.

When we arrived the boiler “stuck” and it was cold in the apartment. Personal could have checked heating before we arrived. I was able to fix it, but it took some time and YouTube research :). If not this incident, everything would have been perfect.

The apartment is spacious and the basic furniture (beds, kitchen appliances etc) were fine. The location is convenient to the metro.

The reception arrangements were appalling. We visited the Guest Ready reception to be directed to an envelope hanging up near the door with our name on it, containing the keys. We were told that the apartment was "across the street". No information as to what doorway, no information to the floor or number of the apartment. When we queried this we were told that this information could not be provided in the envelope for "security reasons". So why hang up the envelope near the door? The Guest Ready staff have no concept of the service ethos and need serious training to bring them up to an acceptable standard. As for the apartment itself - it is spacious and well-situated but let down by a miserly approach to the small details. This is a large three-bed apartment, but was equipped with a single-person kettle. A fine cooker etc but no frying pan, roasting dish, very limited kitchen utensils - it looked like it had been equipped with leftovers from someone else's kitchen. The provision of towels was inadequate (none for the guest loo or for the kitchen); we had to buy extra to meet our needs (and we were just 4 persons). Surface cleanliness was OK but it really needs a good deep clean. It was a pity because it has the potential to be a first-class apartment, but let down by so many small details.

Not well equipped. Some description on WiFi, place to hang your jacket, etc. would make it more convemient.
