"Photos are 10/10 but everything else is less"

Great location, great value, large spacious apartment.

Small issues like lightbulbs that need replacing or toilet buttons faulty. I gave a snag list to the hosts. We were charged for a second key which I think is unfair for an apartment where large numbers can stay. There was no heat in the radiators. We flagged this but the maintenance team never came by during our stay.

No hooks to hang towels in bathroom. Constant noise from exhaust fan in kitchen.
