The location was great

The facilities needed some attention, loose taps, no plugs in either sink, outdoor area needed a good clean up, sweep & wash

Location was excellent. Close to all amenities.

We had a problem with door key on arrival. This was quickly rectified by the property's local agent Vasco. Vasco was also very helpful with local information about the town.

Location, new facilities.

Rather small common spaces.

The location was fantastic, with great restaurants and bars nearby, and a stones throw away from the beach.

We were told check in was at 15:00hrs, we arrived early and messaged to ask if we could leave our luggage anywhere and were told the restaurant below would take it, as they are the same owners. We arrived to find the restaurant closed. Eventually the keys arrived at 15:15 due to “traffic”. Went into the apartment to find the tap in the kitchen sink broken, the shower head broken and the safe broken. Towels and bed sheets were not going to changed or washed during the course of our stay, instead we were to find a laundrette. Was then sent a message on departure by somebody that read we should be ashamed of the way we left the apartment with pictures of a piece of tissue on the floor and a slight stain on one of the bedsheets. All in all was not worth either the money or the location.
