We cannot recommend this room enough! It is in the perfect location to visit Porto and the room is full of incredible charm. The living area and kitchen is separate from the bedroom which made it feel less like a hotel room and more like a cosy flat. The apartment itself is on a quiet back street but close to the action. It's maybe a 10-15 minute walk downhill to the riverside. Porto itself is absolutely wonderful. Make sure to watch the sunset over Porto from the opposite side of the Douro. Also, seriously consider a tour (possibly a wine tour which we did) through the Douro Valley. It's absolutely breathtaking! We would without hesitation book this room again!

I didn't expect so many mosquitoes amd perhaps.a broken lift after trekking through Porto but that would not stop me from chosing this establishment.

Das Apartment liegt super zentral. Von hier aus kann man Porto sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden. In der Nähe sind Restaurants, Bars und auch Einkaufsgelegenheiten direkt zu erreichen.

Größtes Problem ist, dass – wie auch andere bereits vor uns angemerkt haben – der Aufzug in der Unterkunft außer Betrieb ist bzw. nur für einzelne Gepäckstücke verwendet werden kann (ohne Garantie). Da wir mit Kind und Kinderwagen gereist sind und unser Apartment im 2. Stock des Hauses war, hatten wir unsere täglichen Workouts inklusive. Die Straßen/Wege zur Unterkunft sind gepflastert (z.T. mit sehr großen Steinen) was den Weg mit Roll-/Koffern deutlich erschwert und die Verwendung eines Kinderwagens (das gilt für ganz Porto) schwierig macht. Eine Klimaanlage in den Räumen wäre bei sommerlichen 30° Grad + von Vorteil, insbesondere in den oberen Stockwerken.

Fan in the bathroom did not work. The lift was not working and we were not warned before checking in.

La ubicación es excelente. En una pequeña calle lejos del ajetreo y del ruido pero muy cerca de todo. La atencion escrita del personal muy amable y comprensiva.

El apartamento huele mucho a humedad. Hay un deshumidificador todo el día funcionando y lo hemos vaciado completamente lleno cada día. Supongo que el aparato mejora la humedad pero el apartamento huele mucho cuando entras a la casa. La cisterna del WC suena constantemente, hay que cerrar la puerta para no escuchar todo el rato el agua caer. Echamos de menos un cepillo de barrer, fregona y una bayeta. El baño tiene moho creciendo en las juntas de los azulejos de la acumulacion de humedad. En general, para el precio de mas de 100€ la noche, esperaba un mantenimiento mejor.
