Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Balcony had a beautiful view. Always got a quick response to every message. We asked if they had a fan we could use, they had one in the apartment promptly. Incredibly accommodating hosts. Couldn't recommend higher, if im ever back in porto I know where ill be staying

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man erreicht in wenigen Gehminuten den Bahnhof und ist im Zentrum Portos.das Apartment ist groß und ist gut ausgestattet. Selbst Salz, Essig und Öl waren vorhanden.

Leider war unsere Dusche kaputt. Sie tropfte ununterbrochen, was zu einem dauerhaft nassen Bad führt.. In den anderen Bewertungen hier ist zu lesen, dass sie schon seit Februar ( unser Aufenthalt war im April) kaputt ist. Das erklärt auch den schwarzen Schimmel, welcher sich im Bad bildet. Durch die Feuchtigkeit war die Badtür aufgequollen und man kann sie nicht mehr richtig schließen. An der Tür ist sichtbar, dass schon einige Male kräftig versucht wurde wieder aus dem Bad zu kommen. Lichtschalter waren dreckig. Der Wasserkocher war innen verbrannt.

L'emplacement. La cuisine bien équipée. La décoration.

Lors de la réservation, il était indiqué "vue sur la ville" : nous n’avons eu qu'une vue sur l'immeuble décrépi de l’autre côté de la ruelle. Un contact impersonnel avec le propriétaire : mails ́non signés. Aucun accueil sur place. Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres afin d'aérer "pour raison de sécurité", alors que l'appartement est au 2e étage. Douche qui déborde. Porte de la salle de bain gondolée par l'humidité. Odeurs persistantes d'humidité, faute d'aération possible (au plafond, une seule aération qui fonctionne seulement lorsque la lumière est allumée). La salle de bain est dans la chambre 1. Les hôtes de la chambre 2 doivent traverser la chambre 1 pour accéder à la salle de bain et aux toilettes.
