FLH Martim Moniz Terrace Flat

La posizione è sicuramente centrale ma per arrivarci bisogna percorrere una ripida e lunga salita di scale. Capisco che buona parte di Lisbona è fatta così, ma forse sarebbe stato meglio chiarirlo questo aspetto. Il divano letto lascia a desiderare sia per il materasso (vecchio) che per la rete (piegata). Le finestre del soggiorno cucina e della camera da letto si devono tenere obbligatoriamente chiuse se si vuole mantenere un po' di riservatezza, affacciano ad altezza uomo direttamente sulla strada che è trafficata da pedoni.

La posizione è centrale ben collegata con i trasporti pubblici. La struttura è abbastanza nuova ed accogliente, il letto matrimoniale comodo e tutti gli elettrodomestici puliti e ben funzionanti. Il condominio con i giardini interni sono ben curati e belli, infatti le finestre poste sul lato interno affacciano su questa bella veduta.

The oven didn’t work and that’s the primary reason we booked the place. Wasn’t even offered to be fixed.

The unit was super spacious with a nice outdoor area.

The bed was not comfortable. The neighborhood was lovely, but I would not walk around near there alone as a woman. I did not see any women, only men in parts of the neighborhood.

Property was beautiful with lots of natural light, amazing location and a shared pool which was a bonus!

The mattress on the bed was really hard and the pillows were not comfortable, there was also mould in the bathroom and the glass in the shower needs to be re-sealed at the bottom (floor got very wet when you showered).
