Aldeia do Mar Studio Vilamoura Center - SWIMMING POOL

Location was ideal, with a shop & cafe right beside the apartment, it was clean, close to the Marina & beach.

Even though there was instructions sent & photos to access the keys on arrival, trying to find the lockbox was difficult & had to ask the local estate agent in their office to help, the lockbox was hidden amongst bushes.

Lots of things, sun bed lounger situation is ridiculous. For anyone older not having sun loungers for the side of pool would be a real issue. The last 4 nights of our holiday 2 doors down was a big group of lads who partied every night until 4am. We had strict instructions that it was quiet from 10pm. My son jumped in the pool once and the pool guy was straight on it, shame they didn’t take these lads on when they were in the pool late and then making noise to the point we didn’t sleep for the last few nights

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed..it was in a great location to the marina, the beach and the shops. The company kindly provided photos that helped with easy access to the keys on arrival and to the pool.

The pool had sunbeds, which were numbered and padlocked. There did not appear to be any numbered for our apartment. This proved difficult when spending time at the pool.

Limited cleaning equipment such as brush and pan plus general cleaning sprays etc. the mosquito net to bathroom was broken, plus A/C unit inside made a very loud noise

Confusing about key to get in

Did not have internet, check in after 6pm give them the chance to not be able to respond until next day I spent 4 days and they did not offer a solution, also hot water is limited to the first 3min of your shower. Instructions were confused and incomplete I did not like this place at all I think is a rip off and would never come back

It was very close to the marina which was perfect for us, felt very secure
