Aldeia do Mar Studio Vilamoura Center - SWIMMING POOL

This property was close to the marina. There was a supermarket at the side of the apartments which was great. The apartment was spotless and couldn’t fault it.

The only small thing I didn’t like was there was no sunbeds available for our apartment. All the beds have their apartment number on them so you couldn’t use them. I would have paid extra to hire some for the duration I was there.

Central location. Within walking distance of everything.

1. Access not made clear which key master to use. 2. No wifi password in guest manual. 3. No gas upon arrival for hob. 4. No English tv.

The location was excellent, everything was near. A small supermarket 1 min away or a larger one 8 mins walk away (cheaper prices). Pool area was great. Coffee machine (both supermarkets sold the pods) and washing machine an added bonus. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided along with pool towels (as well as bath/hand towels).

There was nothing we didn't like so these are certainly not issues - we had a misunderstanding with the key fob for the gate but this was easily resolved. We also couldn't get the gas hob to light, even with matches but it definitely didn't affect our holiday.

Location of the unit is great....very handy the marina. Easy parking as well. Unit was well stocked.

The info for the lock box was unclear and the pictures of the box location were not accurate. We eventually found the box after much looking. Had to chase down our 200E deposit after we left....3-4 emails and 3 weeks later we did eventually get our refund. Nice pool area but chairs in very poor condition.

You couldn’t fault the location of this clean, spacious studio. Walking distance to the Marina and all the beautiful restaurants. The studio was clean and comfortable, very helpful staff, quick response times to any questions.

The apartment is located very close to Vilamoura marina and also close to two supermarkets. A small but excellent cafe was on site. The apartment is on the third floor with view overlooking the large pool and is southwest facing so great for all day sun.

I honestly cannot find fault with the apartment.

All very nice clean and tidy. Making sure you had the key when leaving the apartment was a pain as it locks behind you and only having 1 key so think you should get 2. We could not access the pool area at all as the key didn’t fit lock and we didn’t have access codes via other gates we called the number we were given if we had any problems a few times but no one answered and we never got a reply so that was very disappointing

The property is lovely and comfortable and has everything you need, the beds and pillows are excellent and the air conditioning worked a treat.

The sun bed situation at the pool is odd, most of the beds have apartment numbers on and are locked up, we couldn’t find our apartments beds and other people seemed to just grab what beds were not locked up, there were no instructions in the welcome pack regarding this situation. The apartment is situated close to bars and the road to the rear appears to be a route that a lot of people walked through on their way home so was noisy around 5/6 am with people shouting. Also the instruction to obtain the keys on the outer gate have a picture of the wrong key lock safe so it would be useful if bedzy could include a photo of the right safe as this caused some confusion in the early hours when I arrived

Great location, comfortable, host let us check in earlier and check out later which was great
