it would have been helpful to have clearer instructions prior to arriving regarding where to be dropped off and how to find the apartment. A simple map would have helped.

A localização pode ser um ponto favorável. O estacionamento perto do alojamento é escasso, mas não é impossível. O apartamento tinha bebida e café disponível à chegada. Precisei de contactar o proprietário que se mostrou acessível para ajudar prontamente. Equipado com eletrodomésticos, por ser uma estadia curta não usamos.

O alojamento é agradável e de um só piso. O acesso, apesar de ser exequível, fica limitado devido a quantidade de escadas, quer na rua quer no prédio. Eu tinha duas crianças de 2 e 4 anos, e ainda um adulto com dificuldades. A decoração tem bom gosto, porém o apartamento pode estar a necessitar de algumas obras de melhoramento, como pinturas, portadas, mobília.

Hay que subir unas escaleras que no son accesibles para todo el mundo si vienes con maletas.Lo otro fue tuvimos un inconveniente con la ducha que debieron reparar durante nuestra estancia y debimos evacuar todo el dia el apto,la dueña nos recompenso con un reintegro

This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had, and it taught me a harsh lesson. The photos are highly misleading—what you see online does not match the reality. The apartment is old and poorly maintained. The room is extremely small and located in a remote residential area of Lisbon—far from major attractions and public transport, making sightseeing very inconvenient. If you’re traveling with large luggage (as I was), be prepared to carry it up a steep 40-step stone staircase just to reach the entrance. Once inside, you’ll face another narrow and steep staircase to reach the first floor where the room is located. To make matters worse, just before check-in, the host casually informed me that after two showers, I’d need to wait 50 minutes for hot water to recover. I arrived during a 38°C heatwave, only to find a tiny electric fan struggling to cool the space. The windows shown in the pictures were in fact sealed or could not stay open, making proper ventilation impossible. I reported all of this to the host. While they initially seemed kind and offered to refund the second night to help me “escape this suffering early,” in the end, they only refunded less than a quarter of the total amount. This place does not offer comfort, convenience, or transparency. I strongly advise others to avoid it—especially if you’re carrying luggage, sensitive to heat, or planning to explore the city efficiently.
