A51 - Torraltinha Sunset Apartment

Apartamento bem localizado, é possível acessar praias e o centro histórico em 20 minutos de caminhada. Bem decorado e acomoda bem várias pessoas se necessário. Viajei com minha namorada e gostamos muito. Usamos a torradeira todos os dias e fizemos café de manhã. E sim, quem quiser pode acessar a piscina (o cartão estava disponivel no quarto).

Não gostei de chegar no horario exato do check-in as 16h, mas ter que aguardar 1h para ir ao apartamento por atraso da limpeza. Mas na hora do checkout as 10h foram super pontuais. Irônico não?

Esperienza semplicemente terribile. Partiamo con la pubblicità ingannevole: la pagina parla chiaramente di piscina inclusa, ma all'arrivo, sorpresa! Ci viene comunicato che è solo per i residenti del complesso. Il balcone presente nelle foto? Non accessibile! Le chiavi fornite non aprono la porta sul retro. La casa è umida (i vestiti in valigia si sono bagnati) e c'è muffa sul soffitto della camera da letto. Non è fornito alcun tovagliolo o carta da cucina, e la carta igienica è limitata a 2 dei rotoli più sottili e di scarsa qualità che siano mai stati prodotti, durati letteralmente 1 giorno. Per confronto, nei 3 giorni successivi non siamo arrivati neanche a metà di un rotolo che abbiamo dovuto comprare noi, perché il proprietario si rifiutava di fornirne altri. Avete piacere di dormire oltre le 7.30 in vacanza? Peccato, c'è un cantiere letteralmente ad un metro dalla finestra della camera! È colpa del proprietario? Certamente no, ma è un'informazione che VA DATA all'ospite. Metà delle prese elettriche sono talmente vecchie ed allargate che le spine escono dai buchi. L'altra metà è stata letteralmente causa d'incendio, come visibile dal nero sul muro. ESPERIENZA PESSIMA, NON PRENOTATE.

Ligging, zwembad, ruimte

Geen informatie over sleutel zwembad en hoe de achterdeur naar balkon en stoelen te openen en regels aanwezig. Geyser deed t niet bij aankomst.(volgende dag wel geregeld) Geen koffieapparaat.Ook na herhaaldelijk vragen. Leuke ruimte , maar keukeninventaris deels heel oud.(deels wel vernieuwd.) Met hulp van een Portugees sprekende kennis alles geregeld gekregen. Nou ja, behalve de koffie, de stukke tuinstoel, te klein versleten, bakpannetje. Stapel half opgevouwen handdoeken. Schoon of vuil? Wel schone op het bed.

I would strongly recommend looking for a different place to stay. Our experience was a nightmare from start to finish. • Check-in Chaos: We were told to pick up keys from a city center location between 4-7 PM. We arrived exactly at 4 PM to be efficient, but due to a long line and slow staff, it took 25 minutes just to get the key. To make matters worse, the apartment wasn't even ready for check-in until 5:45 PM. • Broken Amenities & No Hot Water: On the first night, we couldn't cook because the gas stove and oven were broken. Since the gas system was down, I also had to take a freezing cold shower. When I tried to contact the staff via phone, WhatsApp, and Booking chat, I received no help—only an automated response the following noon. • Gas Issues & Gaslighting: They finally sent a technician while I was out. He claimed everything was working and the staff actually accused me of lying. However, the night before there was no smell of gas or ignition, which clearly means the tank was empty and they replaced/refilled it without admitting it. • Major Security Breach: The most shocking part was returning to the apartment to find that the staff/technician had left the back door wide open. Anyone could have walked in and taken our belongings. The staff is not nice, the communication is non-existent, and they clearly don't care about their guests' comfort or safety. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.

El apartamento tiene excelente luz natural, está bien distribuido y muy limpio. La cama es grande y cómoda.

Eine einladende Unterkunft, die gut auf Gäste vorbereitet ist. Der Raum war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Bett war bequem und sorgte für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Die Lage war günstig, um die Region zu erkunden. Ich empfehle es.
