Два кондиционера, большая душевая, очень удобная кровать

Overall the apartment was very clean, in a great location with short walking distance to the center. One thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is close to a very busy road so there is some noise at basically all times of the day.

Clean & neat with everything, like pictures. The location is convenient. The instructions for unit key pick-up are detailed.

When we arrived at GuestReady—Gemini Apartment, it was already dark, and Google Maps couldn't locate it accurately, so we spent some time looking for it. The entrance to the building was dark, and we needed to use a flashlight to operate the keyboard. It is recommended that guests who use Google Maps use the dessert shop "São Jorge Bakery and Pastry" next to "GuestReady—Gemini Apartment" as a location point. Guest better arrive before dark.

The place is super clean and it's on a great building. There are tons of natural light and everything you might need nearby. Check-in was easy an straight forward. Has 2 ACs which is amazing, specially in the summer!

The wifi is not amazing in all areas of the apartment. It would have been good to have a hairdryer.

Location is great, close to metro station that has multiple metro lines, so you can go wherever you want from that one. Apartment has all that you need, but do not expect too much and you will be fine.

I disliked that is looking into busy street and it took little to get used to that, we were 8 nights, and after 1 or 2 we got used to it. Also it has a lot of natural light, with big windows, but we had also some rainy days and lights inside should be much stronger then they are.

The apartment was modern, nice. The location was good to access the center easily by foot.

I had a very bad experience from the first minute I entered home. First of all, WiFi didn't work and I needed it asap for my work. The router was hidden behind a closed door and only technician could open it to restart. Second thing, the shower water was warm only for 10 minutes after that only cold water came. Third, the host put some tea and coffee packs but there wasn't even a teapot to make them. Forth, there were a dishwasher and a washing machine but no capsules to use them, so they were just exhibition items to look at, useless.
