"Good place in Porto city center"

The apartment has a very good and strategic location in Porto. It's located at walking distance from main attractions, shops, and the Trindade metro station (which is perhaps the main one in the city). The method of collecting the key was quite convenient. The apartment is well furnished, it has the necessary stuff to be comfortable. The apartment is very nice for a couple.

The cleanliness could be done better. We found many hairs and dusts in the corners and under the furniture. The bed was a bit too soft for our liking. It was disappointing not being welcomed with a bottle of water and wine (which is depicted in the pictures, and that we have received in another GuestReady place in Porto). The washbasin cabinet could be larger (or supported with some shelves) to put the hygiene products.

Great location, well appointed, clean, bright, good wifi

Not being able to access the property as advertised. Could not check in until 3pm and was advised to check out prior to 10:30.

"We really loved Porto. It is a beautiful city."

The location is good. It is near the metro and the old town. A bit of a climb up a hill coming back, would not be great for folks with mobility issues, There is a little store right downstairs for basics and a great little pastry shop.

The mattress and the pillows should be replaced.
