El alojamiento está dentro de la fortaleza, coincidimos con que se celebraba el mercado medieval, por lo que pudimos verlo lleno de gente y ambientado en la edad media. El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado cosas que agradecimos en plena ola de calor.

El apartamento no es muy cómodo. Hay que subir unas escaleras muy empinadas, y la relación calidad precio no sé corresponde.

Location.

Listing said washing machine included. There was no washing machine in the unit. Basic things were missing. Dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper were all missing. Couldn’t find the TV remote.

El alojamiento está en la mejor zona de Braganza, nada más salir tienes el castillo y mucha zona verde. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario. Pero sin duda lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido el desayuno. Se servía cerca del alojamiento, al lado del castillo. El desayuno fue espectacular, todo casero y el personal muy atento.

The location is really great. Inside castle walls, a short walk to the castle and restaurant which is also run by the host. The apartments are well equipped and check in is straightforward via lockbox. The restaurant has phenomenal food with excellent attention to detail.

There was some confusion with our booking. We had booked 2 apartments for 4 adults (2 per apartment), but the bottom apartment was not prepared when we arrived, and instead, the top was prepared for 4 people. When we phoned, we had to insist on the contact person to review their information. I would prefer if hosts would first check before insisting everything is correct. We sent a screenshot of the booking and were phoned and assured everything would be resolved, and it was. The host arrived and prepared the bottom apartment. This was around 23h30. Unfortunately, the bottom apartment really struggled with hot water, and the top apartment had a terrible smell in the bathroom, which we did raise with the host the next day. We couldn't sleep with the bathroom door open. It honestly was that bad.
