Beach front access you are literally a few meters away from the beach. The apartment was very spacious all rooms had air conditioning. Kitchen was fully equipped. The checkin process was easy. I contacted the owner who explained everything thoroughly. I had a bit of a hick-up with one of the keycards which did not open the exterior door to access the complex. There was also only one key in the apartment which was quite uncomfortable as we wanted sometimes to get in at different times and as it also powers the apartment it was a struggle to start with, but both issues were promptly overcome by fixing the card with a new one and giving us a secondary key. The complex has a pool which i have not tried out though.

The beds would need a little update. They are very small and the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable. The interior is a bit spartanic. There could be a bit more info in the room explaining what the two cards and the remote are for, which wifi network and password to use etc. ( for the ones not so technically knowledgeable). An extra pair of keys.

Everything, but we liked the most the location.

Nothing to complain about.

The sea view was amazing from every room, spacious rooms, everything you needed. Swimming pool was enjoyable close to the apartment. Beach across the road. The host Sara is very friendly and helpful, she is always there to help if needed. Restaurants close by with a small shop to get last minute items.

The location could not be more perfect! Calm area though everything easily reachable in minutes.

We stayed at Sara's apartment in Portimão for a full 2 months and couldn't have hoped for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, Sara was incredibly welcoming. She personally helped us settle in and even took us on a quick tour around the town!! Sara was always available to answer any questions we had, ensuring our stay was totally comfortable and hassle-free. The apartment itself was spotless and cozy, with an AMAZING view that was a joy to wake up to each day. We appreciated the weekly cleaning service, which kept our space fresh and clean throughout our stay. When our friends visited, Sara went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed to host them comfortably, including some special treats like Algarve sweets and delicious oranges right from her tree. One of the highlights of our stay was meeting Sara with her kids over dinner and chai. She made us feel not just welcome, but like we were part of her family. Thanks to her, our trip felt like a home away from home. We're already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Sara, for making our stay so memorable!

The washing machine needs a bit of an overhaul.
