Good location 15 mins from central Lagos. Good Space available within apartment. Price relative to other similar sized apartments. Gardens were well kept. Swimming Pool was great at this price.

View from the apartment was limited but it is accepted that it was let as being on the ground floor. Swimming pool in need of attention. Large areas of mosaic tiles missing leaving sharp edges and some copings loose, apparent when walking on them. The apartment block itself was clearly built as a holiday complex, even in Portugal they don't normally provide swimming pools to small residential apartment blocks, but there was clearly a mixture of holiday and longer term residential lettings by locals in the complex. Some of these longer term residents were quiet militant on things such as where you needed to park any car you may have hired. (even though all the surrounding roads were clearly named public highways) This became even more apparent when on returning to the apartment one evening (after 17:00) there were no spaces available near to our apartment, requiring me to park at the front of the building. Overnight my dashcam (which I'd recommend anyone take with them on holiday) picked up my hire car being vandalised by someone on the complex who exited and entered the complex through a security gate.

Áreas grandes e ter dois quartos, embora um seja dentro da sala. Central com lugares de estacionamento gratuito à porta. Não ter de subir escadas.

Ter de ir buscar as chaves a outro local e ter de pagar mais para levantar as chaves após as 19h. O sofá estava partido. Os colchões não são muito confortáveis. A torneira do wc sempre a pingar. Casa com um pouco de cheiro a mofo.

Die Lage war super, alles mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen, Parkplätze vorm Haus. Die Wohnung ist groß, hat eine Terrasse, die Betten sind bequem.

Die Möbel, besonders das Sofa und die Terrassenmöbel müssten dringend ersetzt werden. Es riecht muffig in der Wohnung. Der Wasserhahn im Bad hat getropft und der Boiler in der Küche tropft und im Bad um die Toilette herum ist der Boden nass. Der Check out um 10 Uhr ist für unseren Geschmack zu früh, besonders da man erst um 16 Uhr einchecken kann. Um Einzuchecken muss man noch zu einem Office in der Stadt fahren. Und sehr ungewöhnlich fanden wir auch, dass man seinen Müll selber zu den öffentlichen Mülltonnen bringen muss.
