Posizione centralissima, ma essendo all’ultimo piano anche molto silenziosa. Comoda anche con il parcheggio, che si trova a pochi minuti a piedi. L’appartamento è fornito di tutto quello che può servire.

L’aria condizionata era solo nella zona giorno, e bisognava accendere i ventilatori per raffrescare la zona notte, bisogna però dire che nonostante gli eccezionali 40 gradi anche le camere si riuscivano a mantenere fresche. La grossa pecca dell’appartamento era l’altezza di alcune zone, in particolare della zona fornelli della cucina in cui era molto facile sbattere la testa
