Planta baja de una casa con terraza ,zona de comedor y zona de estar y aparcamiento para el coche en la puerta. Buena situación en Funchal

Una de las habitaciones era ciega, no tenía ventana ni luz natural.

A localização próxima do centro do Funchal, a decoração acolhedora, a disponibilidade da anfitriã.

Pelo facto do apartamento ser térreo, abaixo do nível da estrada, apesar dos cuidados diários da anfitriã, a presença diária de baratas no terraço.

Very comfortable apartment, all is new, very clean, kitchen is separate and great equipped. There are two bathrooms, which is absolutely great, there is no noise from outside. Beds are very comfortable, there is washing machine and dishwasher, you can feel like at home. The host was very kind and helpful, so overall we had a great time.

At the beginning there was a strange smell as if the apartment's windows were not opened for some longer time, but within time it went out. There is a parking place just in front of the apartment, but only the cars from the apartments can stay there, so it is not bothering at all, however the view from the apartment is on the parking place. There is only very small window in one of the bedroom, so it may become a little warm, but there is a fan provided which helped a lot.
