"Great apartment"

Great apartment and very spacious, the balcony is a nice added extra. Ideal location and walking distance from the main tourist spots in Lisbon. We will definitely try and book again when visiting Lisbon.

There is no lift and the apartment is on the 4th floor. But not a massive issue.

"Ok location, too simple, over priced, need of renovation ."

Just a few minutes walk from center.

My check in was a disaster ! I arrived 15 minutes after the suggested checkin time. The cleaning lady was still there and also a crazy and drunk unknown intruder from the street who didn’t want to leave, was shouting and kicking things in the apartment, after a few minutes i kicked out both the crazy person and the cleaning lady, while on the phone with the owner who said he cannot come, saying he is shocked but never offered any compensation or real help with this. I have to say that the cleaning lady was very kind but was useless. I was too tired to move and book another place and ended up staying there stupidly. The place wasn’t very clean. The apartment generally is tired and very simple. The shower is terrible , leaking and in a serious need of fixing. Bed sheets were with mold ! The kitchen sink was blocked, not draining well. We were freezing at the first night , i asked for an extra heater from the owner , which at first said that the heater is sufficient for the apartment’s size. Well, i insisted , the next day he brought another heater. Part of the view from the balcony is the parking of a police station( wasn’t mentioned or appeared in the pictures ) . On the back side there is an ambulance station , so , sirens and flashing lights are a part of the experience . Very average , never met the owner even once, considering my terrible checkin .
