Amazing Downtown Apt with small balcony with view over the castle

Great location with metro at end of the street and walking distance to most places. Very light and airy, loved the balcony. Really well equipped with everything you could need.

Nice big apartment with extremely comfortable bed. Close to downtown where all restaurants and shops located. We used Uber to get to other locations we wanted to visit

Definitely not for older people, we had 8 flights of stairs to get to apartment on 4 th floor. Had to carry up two suitcases 50 lbs each, I was able to do it but would not work for older people. The check in was horrible, we were stuck outside for almost 1 1/2 hrs , the apt keypad lock did not work therefore had no access to apt. We purchased an unlimited data plan from Maya.com before we left home but had no telephone line. I guess you can communicate via whats app but it needs to be set up prior to leaving using phone line, now we know! The host was trying to call our cell phone but being on airplane mode it is not active We consider ourselves pretty good with technology but this did not work. After attempting to contact host via close bar without success as he did not answer then asking neighbour in building to try calling for us again with no answer we sat out on staircase. He finally called back the neighbour and was able to send an electronic door unlock via booking.com We were finally able to walk in and get settled. We flew in on overnight flight from Canada with very little sleep, that probably compounded our frustration.

Great apartment, modern and clean, the view and the balcony is a great plus.

The window in the room didn't close very well. A little smell in the apartment, probably due to sewer reasons.

The place is charming and cosy. Close to the centre in walking distance. Very satisfied with the choice.

The lack of air conditioning. Even though you do not need it during the evening in Lisbon at this time of the year as it gets windy and freshly.

Apartment was spacious, bed was comfortable and view from balcony was great.

The apartment is in a rougher part of the city and quite far away from tourist attractions. It is located up a dark hill just off of a square where we saw unsociable behaviour. Not ideal for a couple walking home at night.

Fantastic view

- great location near a lot of things to go and see in Lisbon - you can literally reach anything of your interest in 15-30 mins walk - amazing view from the balcony with great sunrise. Really great time having a coffee or late glass of wine - it was clean and the host was super responsive

Couple of little things - shower cabin is not hermetic properly, so floor gets flooded with water after you take a shower. Yet, using quick mop is not a huge issue - mind it is 4th floor and it might be hard to get your big luggage. It’s the specifics of the building - internet was not always great for zoom calls, but ok enough for work if you make calls from the kitchen or closer to the router
