Excellent location, comfortable furniture.

This is very minor, but it would have been nice to have coffee grounds available!

The apartment is in a good location. Host is promptly communicates and answering. A big amount of info is presented prior to the arrival.

The bathroom is one and small for the 3rooms if it is for the families. If there were 3 couples, it would be unacceptable. The apartment looks better in the pictures than reality. Extremely loud from the street. No air conditioning only fans, so it is important during a summer!

1.The apartment was antiquated, poorly maintained, and not up to par to justify the $215/night rental fee that we paid For example: A.There was mold on the kitchen butcher block and the apartment in general smelled stale and moldy, it begs the question when and if this apartment is regularly cleaned/aired out.; B.The french door in small bedroom was missing the top hinge, the door almost fell over in middle of night due to winds and made a big thud that woke everyone up--this is a safety hazard!! C.The shampoo/conditioner dispensers in bathroom were broken and old. The Shower design was such that water flowed out onto floor. D.a dining room chair was broken, should guests paying $215/night expect this?? E. The towels supplied were old, discolored, worn, and ravelling at the edges. How old were these towels?? F..the water filter in kitchen apparently was old and who knows when it was last replaced?the water taste/quality was bad. We proved this by preparing coffee using water filter water and bottled Water and there was a stark difference in taste; G.There were no basic supplies in kitchen like paper towels, cleaning supplies, sugar, pepper, cooking oil, no soap in bathroom and sparse supply of toilet paper; H..Nowhere in property description does it mention there is no A/C or that apartment is it top of 5 flights of stairs.shouldnt prospective guests know this before booking?there are people who may have difficulty climbing all these stairs or carrying their luggage up stairs?? I. We had 3 guests but there were only 2 sets of towels in apartment. Some of towels appeared to be child sized towels. How difficult is it to have a supply of extra towels for guests to use?? J. The furniture upholstery was not clean. K. There was no manual/book left in apartment for guests to explain how to operate the TV and remote controls for TV/cable box.the staff that checked us in even did not know how to operate it; L.

The appartment is large and feels very spacious due to its open plan layout. There are loads of bars and restaurants close by, including the huge Time Out farmers market. There is also a small playground in the park close to the appartment which was great for our young kids. The owners were helpful and responsive. I can recommend a stay!

The appartment does not have parking/garage as advertised. There is however a large underground public car park a few minutes walk from the appartment which was €22 a day when booked in advance.

Spacious, clean, great location

The property is beautiful. The natural light is amazing, but the curtains in each room are great at keeping the rooms dark during early morning. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had more than enough supplies for our needs. We loved the space and would stay there again. The location is amazing. In the midst of the food district it was exactly where we wanted to be

There were 2 negative about the property. It is up about 70 stairs. By the end of of stay we felt like we were getting use to that’s, but the walk up and the all down with our suitcases sucked. Also there was a sewage smell. I believe the building is older and the pipes aren’t great, but the smell was bad in the hallway. Fortunately it didn’t smell inside the house but the hallway was pretty bad.
