Please note that the cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 nights will be 29 EUR. The cleaning fee for stays of more than 7 nights is 58 EUR. The cleaning fee is to be paid in cash upon arrival. If you clean the room after your stay, the cleaning fee will be waived. Please note that late check-in has the following surcharges: - 15 EUR from 20.00 to 21:30; - 25 EUR from 21:30 to 23:00; FROM 50 EUR after 23:00 - UPON REQUEST ONLY AND SUBJECT TO OUR AVAILABILITY. Key and Door Services: - Lost keys: 20 EUR replacement fee. - Door opening: During working hours (09:00 to 20:00): 20 EUR. Outside working hours (20:00 to 09:00): Starts at 50 EUR, subject to availability. In Portugal, heating systems are not considered a basic need and are not typically installed in homes. We offer a portable heater for 10 EUR/day. Please request it at least one day before your arrival to ensure comfort during the colder months.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
