Ebenerdig, Haustüre aus Glas, kleines Fenster im Ychkafzimmer konnte man nicht öffnen, da es von der Klimaanlage im Innenhof Wärme reinkam

Very peaceful. Felt safe and loved the location- convenient to walk everywhere. Excellent communication and ease of access . Good coffee machine. Great to have a little bath.

Hard to avoid water on floor when having a shower. The riser rail could do with replacing but otherwise great and would like to stay again .

There is a very good breakfast restaurant within 40 m.

Any information about the owner or manager was missing. T So we could not get in touch with them by phone otherwise . The local personel did not understand English or German. The door did not reliably open with the code that we where given. After we finally got in contact with the owner, we got a link which then worked. We significantly lost time by waiting The whole process was extremely stressfull!! In the future, there must be an information sheet in the apartment with the necessary information!!

Spacious Comfy bed

Nowhere to sit outside No windows so it was very dark

It’s in a building that is secure and clean. The apartment itself is spacious with good quality appliances and well maintained.

The only downside is the sofa which looks very good,however it is totally uncomfortable as the cushions’s foam are worn out A little surprising as all the rest of the furniture and appliances are of good quality.

Location; security of accommodation; cleanliness of property; easy contact with (and support from) host.

Tout était parfait, très bien situé, facile d'accès , château St Georges, Alfama, Miradouro de Braca à 10 min à pied. Le logement est très propre, très bien décoré , la literie superbe. Nous avons eu un problème de clim et avons contacté immédiatement la personne responsable de la location qui nous a proposé d'être relogées en 5 min . Je vous recommande vivement cette location.
