Asunto oli hyvin kylmä saapuessamme sinne iltapäivällä. Koitimme saada ilmastoinnin puhaltamaan lämmintä ilmaa, mutta emme onnistuneet siinä. Jouduimme nukkumaan kylmissämme yhden yön ja seuraavana päivänä ilmastointi tultiin korjaamaan. Myös saapumispäivänä asunnossamme oli yllättäen kaksi remonttimiestä tekemässä jotain, kun tulimme sisään. Se oli vähän yllättävää.

A good and spacious apartment with all the necessary amenities (iron, hairdryer, kitchenware). it’s close to São Jorge Castle.

The location doesn’t feel safe. There are plenty of strangers wandering around the area. I would especially recommend avoiding Martim Moniz Square, which is only a 4-minute walk from the apartment.

Vila Olarias è una piccola palazzina dal colore rosso fuoco che spunta in una piazzetta davvero carina a due passi dal capolinea del famosissimo Tram 28 e ai piedi del castello di San Jorge. La struttura è di recente costruzione, ben tenuta e dotata di accesso agli appartamenti tramite codici, il che evita la rogna di doversi portare dietro chiavi e permette solo agli ospiti di potervi accedere. Le camere sono arredate con gusto e dotate di ogni tipo di comfort, gli ambienti sono ben puliti e confortevoli. In generale posso affermare ottima qualità prezzo. Segnalo una meravigliosa caffettiera a due passi dalla struttura, specializzata nelle colazioni che siano dolci o salate..assolutamente da non perdere!

Peccato per la zona, anche se abbastanza centrale, frequentata però da gente poco piacevole, non il massimo per chi come me era in viaggio da sola…ma tutto si risolve evitando di spostarsi a piedi molto tardi la sera e preferendo il servizio di un taxi.

The apartment was overall good for the price. Spacious living room and big and comfy bed. Overall great Apartment, looked clean and great storage. Staff is nice and the contact was very good.

The placement of the apartment is not in a great place of Lissabon. There are multiple dangerous/shady routes you encounter on your way to the apartment where it can be very intimidating as a woman or even men in small groups. There is a lot of men hanging around in the streets and multiple tourguides warned us to take caution and not be near the big escalator near this apartment or the white (not in use) church. The reason for this is that they encountered criminal behaviour and 1 even got mugged here. As a tip for future guests, use the stairs that are located a little to the right of the apparent complex, this is the safest route to take when it's dark out!

De zitzakken bevielen mij niet echt. En een alternatief is er niet echt om comfortabel te zitten

Very clean. Very safe - seperate gate then entrance. more accomodating than expected - dish washer, washing machine, bath..

Plaza Martim Moniz has a homelessness and drug problem. seeing as it is only a street away some weird people might roam about. the other way - to castello is very nice though
