Vila Olarias

We received all informations about localisation, codes to doors and rules in email. Contact with the host was easy. Everything what we needed was in apartament, really clean and cozy. Localisation was perfect- close to all monuments, bus and tram. We could move around the city without any problems. Highly recommend!

Everything was ok

The apartment itself had some positive aspects, but unfortunately the location overshadowed everything else. There were groups of men regularly sitting outside drinking and behaving in a way that made us feel uncomfortable, which meant we couldn’t properly relax or even open the windows. A local taxi driver also mentioned that the area is considered unsafe and advised us to avoid walking there, especially at night. Because of this, we didn’t feel secure during our stay, and it significantly affected our overall experience.

The property was in a perfect location to visit both the city center (7/8 minute walk) and Alfama (10 minute walk). The apartment had everything one needs for a long stay and the owners are always available/helpful.

La casa estaba genial

La ubicación era buena, cerca del centro, pero el barrio o zona no era muy buena. En cualquier caso no tuvimos ningún problema.

Le lit de la chambre est très bien. Mais les coussins du canapé-lit étaient défoncés. Le téléviseur marchait très bien. L’emplacement de l’appartement 10 donnait sur une place, mais il n’avait pas le double portail des autres appartements Vila Olarias, on se sentait plus exposé et le premier jour en rentrant il a fallu déloger un passant installé sur le paillasson.

Le digicode nétait qu’une apparence, peut-être était-il cassé. Nous avons appelé un premier responsable, qui nous a indiqué un deuxième, laquelle nous a avoué qu’elle se servait d’une application pour déverrouiller cette porte. Nous avons attendu , de nuit, 30 minuutes sous la pluie. A l'intérieur la porte et les fenêtres n’ont aucun rideau, que un gros volet en bois. A la cuisine il n’y avait pas de microondes.

Lage an sich super, da man schnell in Alfama und im Zentrum ist, jedoch nah an dem Bangladesh Viertel und somit nachts bisschen sketchy Personen unterwegs

We had a lot of problems. Water from the ceiling in the apartment, lockers, lights not working. Dirty towels and dirty bed sheets. Lots of water damage already before we entered. Worse service. I had to call 3 different people, because all host services didn’t felt responsible. We have everything documented. I want to talk to customer care. Because this was inappropriate. And I want my money back
