Great compact apartment in Graca. Two bedrooms with double beds, built-in robes, and modern facilities including dishwasher, washing machine, portable air conditioning, microwave, etc. The apartment was clean and well furnished, and the TV made Netflix, Prime, etc. available to stream if wanted. The apartment is up 3 flight's of narrow stairs.

The apartment was hot during the night. There were no top sheets provided for the beds, so we had to use towels to cover up at night. The air-conditioning needs an extra length of ventilation hose so that it can be moved out into the hallway to cool the front rooms. Perhaps an additional fan could be provided, so there is 1 for each bedroom. Only 1 dishwasing tablet for a 5 day stay for 2 couples?

Everything was great! The host is really nice and forthcoming.

Am stat 7 zile în acest apartament. Un avantaj este faptul că apartamentul este decomandat, mic, dar bine organizat. Bucătăria este complet utilată. Am avut la dispoziție detergent pentru vase, saci pentru gunoi menajer și veselă completă. În baie am găsit prosoape suficiente, gel de duș și hârtie igienică, suficiente până ne-am organizat pentru cumpărături. Am apreciat curățenia, precum și prezența unui aspirator, a unei mături, a unui mop și a unui aparat de cafea. Apartamentul este situat în apropierea unor magazine și a unei stații de autobuz. Noi am fost 4 persoane și am preferat să folosim taxiul, mai ales din cauza reliefului deluros al orașului, cu multe urcări și coborâri. Un alt aspect pozitiv a fost faptul că am ajuns mai devreme, iar gazda ne-a pus la dispoziție cheile imediat ce am sosit la cazare.

Nu am avut aer condiționat. Este cel mai mare minus pe care il poate avea o locuinta pe timp de vară. Există un ventilator pentru sufragerie și o aerotermă pe hol, însă acestea nu au fost suficiente pentru a răcori vreo cameră. Ne-a fost foarte cald și nu ne-am putut odihni ceea ce ne-a affectat sejurul Camerele sunt mici, iar căldura acumulată în interior crea un disconfort accentuat, cu senzația de lipsă de aer. Nu am putut dormi cu geamurile deschise din cauza zgomotului de pe stradă. Gunoiul era ridicat noaptea, iar activitatea echipei de salubritate producea mult zgomot. Apartamentul se află la etajul doi, fără lift. Holul imobilului este foarte îngust, ceea ce a făcut urcarea bagajele mari dificilă.

Location was great & easy to find. Public transportation just outside the door. Mini market next door open till 10pm and a great restaurant (A. Costa) just a short walk away. We went there twice in our 4 night stay. Space was nice and big, beds were comfy.

There is only one AC that is in the hallway. It cannot be moved much from the hallway so very useless. You can bring it out a little but the only place it will cool down is the toilet. There was 1 extra fan provided but there are 2 bedrooms so 1 fan is not enough. I messaged to ask for extra fan since it was too hot but they basically did nothing at the end. Do not stay here if you cannot handle sleeping while sweating. Very disappointed by the lack of care. It also needs to be dusted as the night stands and the stovetop were full of dust. Mugs had stains on them too so I had to re-wash them before use.

Lovely bright apartment. Well equipped and located in a hilly residential district. Bus route passes right outside.

Oven wont get hotter than 170°C. A/C is a standalone machine which only cools one bedroom and the hallway. Buses can be noisy.
