We have really enjoyed our stay! Very clean apartment, perfect location, the kitchen equipped with everything you may need, comfortable beds. We will definitely stay there once again.

The location was good. Communication with property was good.

In the advertisement it says that there is air conditioning but it is not true. What there is is a portable air that generally works for a 10 m2 room and they intend it to be enough for the entire apartment. The apartment is very good but it is not recommended for the summer. We couldn't sleep during the entire stay because of the heat inside the apartment. The other thing that is not written anywhere and they do not warn you, is that when you get to part of the tourist taxes, they ask you for a deposit of €300 on the card. This should be clear in the reservation conditions and you decide whether to accept it or not.

Good base for exploring Lisbon, 10 minute downhill walk from a main train station and a bus stop virtually outside if you don't fancy walking up the hill.

Need to be aware that aircon is only in the hallway and not in any of the bedrooms. Therefore in the height of summer it can be difficult to sleep at night in the heat. The aircon is also noisy if you have it on at night. As others note, the shower does leak water near the door which causes the floor to be wet. Lisbonne Collection took a €300 deposit at check-in (I was aware a deposit would be taken when I booked it although I'm sure it said it would be €200, anyway I didn't quibble it as knew it gets reinstated pretty quickly after check out). However, the €300 was left as pending on my card until 15 days *after* checking out. This was also after messaging them twice about it to prompt them too. It meant I couldn't use €300 of my planned spending money whilst on holiday so be aware of this sluggishness in their returning of your deposit.

We loved the location, a lot of little "mercadas" in very close proximity. We were very close to the heart of the touristic area of Lisbon. We used Uber for all of our trips in the city but the building is located on a couple of bus routes also.

Location was perfect, safe, lots of light, clean like brand new, helpful and accommodating host.

Shower head needing fixing and A/C only in hallway and not in bedrooms or main room but it was better than no A/C ( note we were there in June in a heatwave).

Loud area to stay with traffic through out the night and no air conditioning in the bedrooms. Late check in when flight was delayed a steep.

The only problem we had was with the kitchen chairs. They are older , the varnish is peeling off the upholstery, crumbling all over the kitchen and staying on clothes.
