Great location, very central to the marina and the beach. 15 min walk away. Lots of space, very clean and fully equipped with everything you could need while on holiday.

Up a bit of a hill and had several steps into the apartment. Didn't bother us but just so people are aware if they have mobility issues.

The apartment is excellent. It was value for money, and the location was exceptional. The apartment facilities are excellent. We would like to return in the future

The communal pool was in poor condition, tiles damaged or missing, and the actual pool was not very clean. If this area was improved the score would be higher.

The only positive of the whole stay was that the property was clean. But it would have had to have been clean as when we arrived at the property at the check in time (3pm) the cleaners had only arrived just before us. The check out time was 10am so the property should have been ready and prepared for our arrival 5 hours later.

I would not recommend this property at all and would not recommend booking with the property managers Ella Fantastic either. This is a residential property, even though it was not advertised as one. Your neighbors are all full time residents and we found it very noisy. The swimming pool that is advertised in the photographs is also misleading. Firstly the sunbeds for use at the swimming pool are stored on the apartment balcony and not at the pool. In order for you to use them, you would have to carry them down a spiral staircase, down a hallway and onto a road that has no footpath and down the road to the gardened swimming pool. The pool itself is not maintained well and was dirty. Also to note we paid for 4 people to stay and there was only 3 sunbeds available. When we asked the property managers to arrange for the beds to be placed at the pool we had no response on this. Before arriving to Portugal the property managers had asked for us to contact them 30mins before arriving at the property, we had an early flight and made contact at 12 o'clock. We ended up having to contact the property a number of times between 12 and 3pm via text messages, booking.com messaging services and phone calls and we had no response until 10 to 3. When we had issues with the property we spoke to the property manager who was very rude on the call and hung up mid conversation. As we were having no luck getting responses from the property managers we contacted booking.com instead who were also very unhelpful in trying to resolve our issues. We ended up having to leave the property less then 2 days into our stay and pay for alternative accommodation as we had to try and salvage our last few days of our holiday.

Apartment lovely, clean and comfortable

No contact with HD properties until last day. They said we could store cases but after a taxi journey to get there, no one was present. Same when we went to pick them up. Large taxi bill. When sending messages to their office, replies were very abrupt. They said the were busy at weekends, maybe get extra staff for weekends

Beautifully decorated 2 bed apartment, spacious with 2 bathrooms. Secure complex about 20 mins walk from the marina

The pool was down the road and since we visited in October, had no sun loungers as they had been removed.
