Good layout with good room spaces and comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen and excellent wash/shower room. Located on the second floor with no lift so hard going if you’ve got big heavy suitcases. The sitting room and bedroom 1 overlooks the front street, but is generally quiet. Located in the heart of old downtown area of Lisbon where every one comes to dine, wine and shop and a short walk to the river Tagus?

Lisbon keeps very hot in the summer months, so the apartment gets very warm particularly at night? With no air conditioning only one poor working fan was available for three rooms.

Stayed here with my family (2 kids) and loved it. Location is perfect - right in the heart of Lisbon, walked everywhere. The apartment was way more spacious than expected which was great with the kids. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, beds were really comfortable. The old furniture gives it nice character - feels authentic. Would definitely stay again when we're back in Lisbon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Baixa. The apartment looks even better IRL than on the photos. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, by the public transport and even to travel to Sintra or other cities by train. The apartment has everything needed for the family stay and although it would be even better with a few tweaks, we had a great time and definitely recommend staying here.

These are really just suggestions to make your guests stay even better, overall we really enjoyed our time. The kitchen could do with extra counter space and a dish drying rack so maybe you’d consider putting appliances on the wall/adding shelves on the opposite wall. Also oven needs at least one tray. The bathroom is big, but quite cold. Pillows are quite old and rather flat, but not the worst I’ve seen.

Located in Lisbon’s Baixa district, this comfortable two bedroom flat is within walking distance of the city’s main sites. Countless restaurants and bars are reachable in minutes, but the street itself is fairly quiet. The area is turning into a bit of a tourist wonderland, so may not be to everyone’s taste, but you are close to: the cathedral, the Praça do Comercio, the Santa Justa lift , the Bairro Alto, the city’s old fortress, and the Mercado da Ribeira for buying fresh fish! It is also a transport hub with metro, bus and tram lines all converging here. The flat itself is elegant, spacious, boasts a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with two sinks and an infinity mirror, and a shower with a good flow. It is located in a narrow street so do not expect a living room bathed in sunlight. The hosts are responsive, yet unobtrusive.

There’s nothing not to like here!

The host was very helpful. Although the internet didn't work the first few days, he provided us with a mobile modem with internet. The apartment is very spacious and clean. However, the shower needs to be renovated. The location is great - everything is close by, we recommend it.

Fantastic location, well equipped apartment, comfortable beds, very helpful owner. Strongly recommend.

Lack of dish dryer. No place for wet dishes after cleaning.
