shower area is too small, have to climb the stairs to the 2nd floor

Location was very good.

There is no air conditioning in the apartment so We had to open the windows, there was noise coming from the street, both day and night, We found cockroaches in the kitchen.

Location was good.

Almost everything. The apt is hot due to no air conditioning. The windows opened didn't help much, plus let in the mosquitos and the construction noise that started very early and lasted all day. Bathroom was a little rundown. The apt furniture is cheap and old. Check in is a pain. Have to wait for staff to give you the keys. No night lights in the stairway. Will not stay again.

The location was excellent. The apartment spacious and clean.

Only minor irritation was the kettle did not work. The bathroom is located via the kitchen. Was not an issue for us, but if one wanted privacy going to the bathroom and someone is in the kitchen it can be awkward, but the bathroom itself was spacious and beautiful,

Location was excellent, very close to metro station and easy walk to many must see sites in old town. The apartment was well equipped and good facilities for a week long stay for two people.

Not well insulated from noise from stairwell. Maybe that is part of the charm of the old buildings.

The accommodation was very central, and it was easy to access public transport. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. The host Jorge met us at the apartment and gave us some information to help with our stay in Lisbon. Jorge also contacted us during the week to check or stay was going well.

I expected road noise being in the centre of the city. The glazing prevented most of the sound, but on warm nights, we needed the windows open. The neighbours above were very noisy from early in the morning, lots of moving about. At times, there was lots of noise from the stairwell.

Baixa is centrally located to all the major touristy sites of Lisbon. The unit itself is great. It has amenities (kitchen & washing machine) but yet charming. The property manager was accessible and helpful! Would definitely recommend Baixa.

There’s nothing we did not like about the property.

location is perfect, close to everything

the property is at the 2nd floor, no lift and a bit challenge for us to get luggage up as we are senior. the manager helped with some of our luggage. We would not mind to pay for the service to get our luggage to the apartment.
