The accommodation is cosy, well equipped and easily accessible from the center of Lisbon. The owners respond immediately, always willing to advise and help. Would definitely book again.

Apartament is located in a quiet district. It's stylish and cosy. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around. The distance to mini Auchan supermarket is less thank 10 min by foot. Bus stop 2 minutes from the apartment. Great contact with the owner. Apartament is well equiped.

lovely and perfectly sized for a couple. It’s clean, spacious and very comfortable. The sleeping area is cozy and the bed is very comfy. The kitchen and dining area are a good size and have everything you need for a good stay, Well served by public transportation bus stop is at 50m

Available coffee, tea, and sugar. The house is very nice. There is an air conditioner. It is close to the mini-market. Host is very nice, and reply so fast

It takes quite a while to get to the city center. It is difficult to buy public transport tickets in this area; you should buy in the metro station in advance

The apartment is well equipped and quite comfortable, we loved how a tiny ‘casinha’ was turned into a really nice and stylish place. There are several bus and tram stops just around the corner as well as bars and cafes, and all the Belem sights are within walking distance. The host is really welcoming and couldn’t be more helpful.

In January the place was a bit cold and damp, but when we figured out the A/C and turned on an electric heater that was provided, it was fine.

I was attracted to this by the price and then favourable reviews. We went as a family of four, two kids aged 13 and 11. We wanted a bolt hole, somewhere to sleep as you explored the city and the price meant we could use the money saved to eat out every night. The location is ok, very close to bus and tram and a 15 minute walk down the hill to the train plus only 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. You are in a residential road off a residential through road but that road has a handful of decent restaurants, a bank and some supermarkets- walk down five minutes to the excellent Auchen. The main bed was comfy, the mezzanine beds ok but space was tight. Youngest bumped his head hard and we turned the beds around to give space for both to sit up - problem solved. Shower and bathroom was fine. I’d go back.

Space in the mezzanine makes it sleeping only. Not much lounge space. Both of these are obvious from the description so these aren’t complaints just something to be aware of. The £300 or so saving compared to staying elsewhere pays for a good meal out every night!

This is a small rustic cottage. It has suffered flooding Damage in the past and as it is an old building mid terrece cottage all the other adjacent cottages are old and dilapidated. On initial entry the cottage seems fine until you stay an hour or so. We felt streaming eyes and running nose from an alergic reaction to Mould present in main bedroom around the window frame on the walls in the kitchen corner. The upstairs velux window. The bedding felt damp. We paid for 2 nights could only stomach 1 night. Had to get out following morning early as the toaster was broken and we needed to buy breakfast. We brought all concerns to the host and she offered a cleaner call to us at 8am.. But by 10.18am we felt we couldn't wait any longer for host or cleaner to call. We had to find and pay for some where else to stay in lisbon. We got no refund on the 2nd night. And we were told by host and booking.com that there was nothing they could do as they had offered to clean, Host did offer to clean. But mould needs to be properly treated not just wiped with a damp cloth. We were extremely disappointed with our stay and Booking.com attitude to what happened to us. I have booked many places with Booking.com but i would seriously have to look at how they do not help their customers when theres a big problem. The host has a 9.1 Booking.Com rating from 2018 on the wall thats almost 6 years ago. Cottage has been flood damaged in that time. We really were very surprised that after we communicated through the Booking. Com platform and sent real time photos and full description. That they didnt care, no offer of refund on the night we lost due to inability to stay in the accommodation. They didnt care what would happen to us for our last night in Lisbon. We were left to fend for ourselves and find the money to pay for an extra night.

Apart from the location there was nothing to like about the whole experience.
