Please note that for stays of 5 nights there will be a change of towels in the middle of the stay, and for stays of 8 nights there will be a full cleaning including change of sheets. "We had a very good stay, the location was great . The staff was very friendly and helpful."

The staff was friendly and very helpful with questions and local recommendations. They were very responsive to questions prior to and after arrival. check in and access to building were very easy.

Bed was a little firm. The apartment was otherwise very clean and comfortable and met our needs perfectly. Beautiful, historic building.

Views from balcony. Location. Spacious apartment with all I need

No individual key to open main building. Using the drop box at night for access. Tricky putting key back when you’re carrying things and are on your own

"Buena estancia"

La ubicación es muy buena, está localizado en el barrio de Fado, a unos 15/20 minutos andando de chiado, pero muy cerca del castillo y muchos monumentos y miradores. La cama era muy cómoda y la habitación ofrecía todo lo que necesitábamos.

El suelo hacia mucho ruido al pisarlo, como si estuviesen mal puestas las láminas. Y había mucha humedad en la habitación.

It had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated with good places to sit and put our stuff on.

The alarm clock in The room next door that got repetitively snoozed so could go off 6 times in a row.

"Super hôtel au cœur de Lisbonne"

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 nuits dans cet appartement . Tout était parfait : très propre, très bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner facilement au quotidien. La literie était également excellente, très confortable, ce qui nous a permis de très bien dormir. L’emplacement est idéal, dans une rue très vivante et agréable en journée, avec beaucoup d’ambiance et de commerces à proximité. Malgré cela, l’appartement reste très calme la nuit grâce au double vitrage, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le personnel de l'hôtel a été d’une grande gentillesse et très attentionnée tout au long du séjour. Je recommande cet appartement les yeux fermés !
