Portas do Céu Apartments

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Lisbon. The bed was comfortable and the apartment itself was generally fine for a short stay. Towels were replaced once during the stay, which was appreciated.

Communication with the host was not very smooth. Despite staying for a week, the room was not cleaned, and additional services (even basic items like toilet paper) required extra payment, which was unexpected. The window faced inward and this was not mentioned in advance, and noise from neighboring rooms (e.g., snoring) was noticeable at night.

Location was great. Beds were relatively comfortable. Nice flat.

They didn't have any towels for makeup but are charging "cleaning fees" to clean / replace towels (even though it is a cost of doing business). They market this property as having parking but it's 10 mins away in a parking structure and then you have to pay for it. They told me the parking structure takes card but it only takes cash. Even though ear plugs were provided, there were loud bin men outside the flat at 3 am making noise with their trucks. Terrible communication leading up to checkin.

Odwołanie rezerwacji w dniu przylotu, kiedy byłem w samolocie. Kiedy wylądowałem okazało się, że zostałem bez noclegu. Właściciel twierdził, że nie może pobrać opłaty za karty, choć dane dostał kilka miesięcy wcześniej i nie zdążył jej zweryfikować i poinformować, że jakieś dane są błędne. Tego wieczoru zarezerwowałem nowy noclegi używając tej samej karty.
