We liked the location the most and the response by the personnel was very quick.

The apartment is next to a main road so it's quite noisy and they provide ear plugs which help a bit. Anything you need extra in the apartment such as toiletries and coffee etc are charged extra. Pillow and couch are not comfortable, there are no extra sheets provided.

"Beautiful flat right in the middle of Alfama"

The location is fantastic and it has to be one of the best supplied apartments that I've stayed at: beautiful, comfortable, well supplied. The staff was super helpful and warm.

There is an extra charge for everything such as coffee pods, extra toiletteries, extra towels (which I get it, being such a great area), but it felt a bit restricting

La “habitación con terraza” es con una terraza no privada, el sofá bastante incómodo..

"Explofring old town lisbon"

A really good welcome. The staff were very helpful during our stay The apartment is situated in the old quarter, near restarants and places to visit. Walk down the hill and you reach the metro making it easy to explore Its easy to return by tram.

The floor of the apartment was cold.
