Honestly nothing

Clean, Tidy, Good Location, Nice Host and even got a sour dough bread brought by the host one morning :) - would recommend 100%.

Very friendly and helpful owner! Excellent location, large and well renovated apartment, very well equipped.

Lots of stairs

The host was really helpful and gave a list of local places to check out and would answer any concerns we had quickly. We had some issues with the shower backing up and she popped right over to fix it. We were nearby to everything in the city by foot and many great restaurants were just steps away. Our host had a bunch of local treats for us to try when we arrived which was an extra nice touch!

We found cockroaches a few times - I'm not sure if that's just common due to the central location. Also parking was not super nearby which was a bit of a challenge while navigating with a toddler, but when we were in our hotel it was so central by foot that it became ok. We also were there during a major festival so parking became even harder for a couple days due to parades, but that's obviously no fault to the property!

Perfect location, closer to the city center is almost not possible.

The flat is on the 2rd and 3rd level, lot of stairs.

The property manager, Alexandra, is very friendly and helpful - she provided us with many pieces of advice, tips for restaurants, and places to visit. Our stay was great.

You could not dream of a better location in Ponta Delgada! World class restaurants at your door; Portas de Cidade are around the corner; pier is steps away. Hosts were wonderfully accommodating throughout our stay! Very clean; comfortable beds; even welcomed us with a few island favorites. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

The property is very well located, in the center of Ponta Delgada. The hostess was very friendly and helpful and all her suggestions about the island were amazing! The flat is well equipped and spacious for a couple. Parking is not easy around there, best option is to keep your car in the parking lot nearby, which is relatively cheap!

The masters of the bed was way too soft, causing some back problems. We strongly recommend getting a new one!
