Very spacious and new apartment, with Miele appliances. Fantastic location. Hosts were very accommodating.

We had no breakfast booked. The location is very centralized.

I suggest there could be a TV set in the kitchen/Dining room.

This was in a very central and convenient location in Ponta Delgada, close to all city attractions, eateries, restaurants and transportation.

Can't think of anything to improve the stay. Everything was perfect.

This place was amazing. Nuno is a very kind and great host. The apartment is beautiful with a lot of space and a fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine which was important to me. The apartment is in the heart of Ponta Delgada. The farm market is close to placement so it is easy to buy great veggies and have a nice dinner at home. Nuno shared very detailed information on how to get to the apartment and shared a place for parking my car. I told to Nuno that my luggage was lost with my stuff so he bought toothpaste and a brush. It was so cute. Also, he brought me tea to make my stay warmer. This place is a home away from home.

Nuno picked us up from the airport (and to the airport when leaving), drove us to the accommodation and showed us around. Very hospitable! The place itself had everything we could ever need during our stay. It was very roomy, very well kept and in perfect location. Walking distance to beach (10min), parking, groceries, bars and restaurants. We traveled the whole island and each evening would return back here.

The Loft is very beautiful and has everything you need. Nuno and Julia, the hosts of the flat are sooo nice and accommodating. They helped us where ever they could and we needed it. Julia has a little bakery near the loccation with her very own hand made suuuper tasty bread! You have to try this for sure (bakery: massa mae acores)! We travelled with a 5 month old baby and Nuno and Julia even provided us with a babybed with a super comfortable matress, a tedy and a babygame, as well a a little chair for the baby. The matress is soft (new!) but comfortable. Good to know: Nuno is the best airport transfer you can get :-D. If we are in PDL, we will stay here again for sure! Thanks a lot for this beautiful stay! We loved our stay. Nuno and Julia arr exceptional hosts. The apartment is much spacier than appears on the pictures, very well equipped, beautifully designed and cozy and with a very nice balcony. And the location could not be more central.
