Sweet Spot Marina Apartments

Sehr gute Lage zu Restaurants, Einkauf, Altstadt. Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße vorhanden. Ausstattung insgesamt OK. Eine leere Gasflasche wurde innerhalb von 30 Minuten sofort ausgetauscht.

Das Bett war sehr schmal für 2 Personen und die Matratze hart. Der schöne Balkon gehört leider nur zum oberen Appartement. Das Haus liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße und in der Nähe eines Kreisels, das Schlafzimmerfenster aber abgewandt. Insgesamt ist der Geräuschpegel hoch bei geöffneten Fenstern. Die Schlüsselübergabe findet in einem Immobilienbüro in der Stadt statt, ist aber gut machbar mit dem Auto. Wir würden wiederkommen, dann aber lieber ins obere Appartement.

Nice location, close to the city center, marina and a supermarket.

The apartment is in dire need of renovation. The bed was the only comfortable spot, but everything else felt neglected and uninviting. Much of the furniture was moldy, rusting, or broken, and the overall condition gave the impression it hasn’t been updated in decades. It wasn’t outright dirty, but it felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. Basic amenities were missing or rationed – no soap, barely any toilet paper – and the setup was poorly thought through. There’s a washing machine but no place to dry clothes, a bathtub with a shower curtain but no holder for the shower head. There’s no service either: guests are expected to take out the trash or face a hidden €20 fee. On top of that, you have to pick up the key at a different location, about a 20-minute walk away, which is very inconvenient. To make matters worse, the photos on Booking.com are misleading. For example, the balcony shown is from another apartment, not this one. Overall: moldy, broken furniture, misleading photos, no service, and inconvenient check-in. Absolutely not recommended.

El acceso al apartamento, el nuestro era el bajo, no daba mucha seguridad, una puerta de calle que había que cerrar con llave y la del apartamento una puerta de salon con cristales con una llave. Le faltaban muchas cosas en la cocina, no tenía ni una bayeta. Escasos y viejos los utensilios de cocina
